6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 10 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5%

monthly interest fee.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of custom AI development and consulting, all sales are final once work has begun. Cancellations must be made in writing prior to the start of a project phase. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice by contacting us at [email protected]

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business and technical information unless disclosure is legally required or previously authorized in writing.
